Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only.


Local Pickup (Saskatoon)

Local pickup is available by arrangement — no shipping cost, and you can pay by cash or Interac at pickup. (Select “Pay at pickup”)

The easiest option: I’m at Saskatoon TechWorks (412 44th St E) most Tuesday evenings for Hack Night. Order ahead and your parts will be waiting. For other times, get in touch at support@circuitguy.ca and we’ll find a mutually convenient time and place, either at TechWorks or near Forest Grove.

Carrier

All orders ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates and available services are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postal code, order weight, and dimensions.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of payment. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location and the service selected at checkout. As a rough guide from our location:

  • Expedited Parcel: 2–8 business days
  • Xpresspost: 1–2 business days
  • Regular Parcel: 3–10 business days (most economical for heavier orders)

Remote and rural addresses may take longer.

Small Orders

We’re working on offering untracked lettermail shipping for small, lightweight orders — a lower-cost option for single components and small parts. We’ll update this page when it’s available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at support@circuitguy.ca with your order number. We’ll work with Canada Post to resolve it.
